Traditional Ba Zhen Soup

八珍汤，中医方剂名，别名八珍散。为补益剂，具有益气补血之功效。主治气血两虚症。面色苍白或萎黄，头晕耳眩，四肢倦怠，气短懒言，心悸怔忡，饮食减少，舌淡苔薄白，脉细弱或虚大无力。临床常用于治疗病后虚弱、各种慢性病，以及妇女月经不调等属气血两虚者。

药材：党参，炒白芍，茯苓，熟地，白术，炙甘草，当归，克枣，川弓，杞子，桂皮

食用方法 （4-5人份）：将配料洗净放入煲内，加入6-7碗清水用猛火煮沸，加肉类炖2个小时即可。

Ingredients:Dang Cen, Cao Bai Shao, Fu Ling, Shu Di, Bai Shu, Zhe Gan Cao, Dang Gui, Ke Zao, Chuan Xiong, Gui Pi

Method (Serving for 4-5 persons): Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into the pot. Add in 6-7 bowls of water, bring the water to a boil. Add in meat and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Ready to serve.
